The early bird ot
Occupational therapy assessment and consultation for children aged 0-6 in Stamford, Lincolnshire and the surrounding towns and villages.

Occupational therapy looks at the everyday things your child needs and wants to do, and what might be making those things harder, and how we can support their development.

This could include play, movement, using their hands, getting dressed, mealtimes, sensory experiences, joining in at nursery/pre-school or managing everyday routines.

The Early Bird OT provides assessment, parent consultation and practical support for children aged 0-6. The aim is to help you understand your child, identify what might be getting in the way, and find practical ways to support their development, independence and everyday life.
What The Early Bird OT Can Help With

Daily Routines
Everyday activities can sometimes feel more difficult than expected. Support may include practical strategies to make routines such as dressing, mealtimes, sleep and transitions feel easier for you and your child.

Play
Play is one of the ways children learn about the world. Support may focus on helping children explore, engage and build skills through meaningful play experiences that feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Participation & Independence
Occupational therapy aims to help children take part in everyday life in ways that work for them. Together, we focus on meaningful goals that support confidence, independence and participation.
